The St. Thomas Aquinas High School Falcons welcome a new skipper this
eason in head coach B.J. Corr. The Falcons reached the Bi-District round of the State Playoffs last season and made history
in 2009 advancing to the State 2A Semi-finals for the first time. The Falcons won back-to-back
District Champions in 2008 and 2009 finishing with an undefeated mark in league play in
the 2009 campaign. The Falcons advanced to the Bi-District round of the playoffs in 2010.
St. Thomas was ranked as high as number three by the Louisiana Baseball Coaches Poll in Class 2A for most of the 2009 campaign. The Falcons compete
in District 8-2A which includes Doyle, French Settlement, Northlake Christian, Pine, Pope John Paul II, Springfield, and St. Helena Central. The principal is Mr. Jose Becerra.
The school colors are Burgundy and Gray.
