Falcons to host Pine for Homecoming Game.
Full slate of activities planned for Homecoming Week.
HAMMOND—The Saint Thomas Falcons fresh off a thrilling come-from-behind win over long time
rival Springfield will take a 1-0 district mark into Friday’s Homecoming contest against the visiting
Pine Raiders. The Raiders enter the game 1-4, while the Falcons are even at 3-3 on the season.
Kickoff is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. with Homecoming festivities starting at 6:30 p.m.
and the crowing of the Queen at halftime.
Special events this week include Field Day featuring the annual Bloomer Bowl.
You do not want to miss seeing those sexy cheerBOYZ, oh, I mean cheerleaders. Field Day is set for Thursday
at 12:45 till 2:30 p.m. The Pep Rally will run from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. on Friday, and the Homecoming
Parade will start at 5:00 p.m. and run through Downtown starting at First Guaranty Bank
and ending at Southeastern. Saturday students and faculty sponsors will gather for the annual
Homecoming Dance. Be there for all the fun and help celebrate Falcon Homecoming 2009!
The Falcon Sports Coverage Team will be there to capture the Bloomer Bowl action and all
